Here is the long version and a bit more about me:

I was born and raised in Seven Hills, Ohio and attended Ohio University (Go Bobcats!)  I was one of five in my graduating class to obtain a degree in Operations Management.  After graduation, I packed up my car and my life savings of $400 and moved to Chicago.  During my 14 years in the Windy City I went from doing small temp jobs to consulting at an amazing customer interaction consulting group.   I come from a very large extended family and felt after many years that it was time to be back home and close to my people.

 

Being back in Cleveland made me realize how lucky we are to live here.  We have all the luxuries of the big cities with amazingly affordable real estate.  After helping friends and family find and sell homes (without my license) I figured it was time to make it official.  I have a knack for seeing "the forest through the trees" and the potential of properties.  We purchased a foreclosure and renovated which was so exciting for me!  I'm very passionate about what I do in every instance.

I've spent the past several years successfully buying and selling properties ranging from 15k to $900,000.  I feel as though every transaction is as important as the others.  I look forward to answering any questions and helping you with your real estate needs.
