Kelly Schneider

I am a Real Estate Consultant in Cleveland/Northeast Ohio who is passionate about helping people reach their goals in Real Estate. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, a home is where the heart is, and I want to help you achieve your dream.  I am also a loving mother of 3 (24, 18 & 6 – that last one was a doozy!), a music lover, an art lover, and truly a lover of all things Real Estate related – from the décor on the inside, to giving up my weekends and taking calls at 10pm – I love every single minute of it. I love the feeling of helping a recent college grad get into his first starter home, to helping empty nesters sell their nest and downsize into a condo, to helping a friend out of foreclosure & into a short sale, to consulting a first-time homebuyer work with a tight budget for long term goals of saving and selling in the future for their forever home - there is no better job than the one that I have!

Now for the boring stuff ……

I began my Real Estate career as a Senior Manager for Cardinal Banc & Mortgage Corporation in 2001 which was a real estate based finance company that specialized in Real Estate purchase and refinance loan products, first in Ohio, but grew to California and Florida over time.  I helped build and support Cardinal Banc's sister company Continuing Educational Services, which provides continuing education for Real Estate Agents and Attorneys licensed in Ohio, California, and Florida.  I've had success streamlining procedures, boosting productivity, and organizing business models in the Real Estate Industry. I am a versatile, result-oriented Real Estate Professional with extensive experience in residential Real Estate since 2001. Over the course of my career, I have demonstrated customer service excellence, business acumen, and strong strategic planning ability.

Because of this strong finance background, I am able to utilize all previous finance experience to facilitate the knowledge of clients in different types of loan products, credit options, and terms of such services to better serve each individual need. My core competencies include Property sales/Marketing, Client analysis, prospecting, operational management, contracts/ leases, escrow & title, negotiation & mediation, and customer service.

From August 2010 to February 2013 I was involved with and sat of the board of The Imagine Foundation, whose goal is to spread awareness and promote solutions for ending child slavery worldwide. I was personally responsible for planning and executing our fundraising event for project SAFE, an educational project aimed at High School Students, in May of 2012. In 2016 I began working for the Domestic Violence & Child Advocacy Center whose mission is to empower, educate and advocate for justice for victims of domestic violence and child abuse. I am also involved heavily with the National MS Society, working specifically on BIKE MS events. I have a very strong sense of community, and I feel it is every citizen's duty to leave the world better than they found it. I am currently working on a project for the empowerment of homeownership built on the fundamentals of financial literacy and economic sustainability.

For every client that buys or sells a home,
I make a donation to the Children's Miracle Network, in their name and honor.
